V Delicious’ founder Kerry was fed up with her family having to make do with vegan cakes and treats that looked awful and tasted just as bad. Having been a keen baker since a child, Kerry rolled up her sleeves and started baking her own dairy-free cup cakes, cookies and layer cakes, friends both vegan and non-vegan alike could not believe how delicious they tasted and how sophisticated they looked.

So in 2010 V Delicious moved from Kerry’s kitchen table to professional London kitchens, where everything the team bakes is always tried and tested by Kerry beforehand and never includes artificial colours or preservatives. Kerry’s years of cooking experience have taught her how to replace non-vegan ingredients without compromising taste, texture and presentation.
